You can remove your credit card by navigating to my account, select payment method and proceed to remove your card.

We would like to collect and share marketing messages to all our clients by offering promotions and vouchers seasonally. We would maintain privacy of all our customer details.

Yes, account creation is required before you can make your purchase.

Our boxings are standardized for all clients. For special occasions, we have a card that we include in our packaging which can be used for your personal messages.

Yes, atome “Buy Now Pay Later” can be used for this purpose.

We aim to deliver your item in the fastest time possible. Delivery times may vary.

Withing Malaysia usually takes 3 – 5 working days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).

For same day delivery within Klang Valley, services such as Grab / Lalamove can be booked by customers, and we will parcel it out.

Please contact us immediately if there is a change in shipping address.

NOTE: If your order has already entered the shipping process / been shipped, you cannot change the delivery address for those orders. You can, however, change your delivery address for future orders.

There is no limitation to the number of items purchased. Please refer to our Shipping Policy on shipping rate for additional items added.

Worldwide shipping is available. To check for details, please select preferred ‘country’ in the dropdown box during checkout. If there is no option available, kindly contact us to update the shipping fees for your region.

Yes, if you have ordered it online through our website and would like to do self-collection just select the Option Self Collection. You can also drop us a WhatsApp to organize the pickup details.

Always provide us with a valid email address during your purchases with us. We shall send you a Tracking Number only via email.

A single voucher code can be used for single purchases only. This can be redeemed for purchases in our website with the code provided within the validity period only.

Vouchers are only available for ONLINE REGISTERED CLIENTS that are purchased through our website and STRICTLY NOT exchangeable for walk-in customers at physical store.

Please note: Colour may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings. There may also be slight colour variation between batches of the same product.

If there are any issues with the items in your order, please contact us directly within 24 hours of delivery timestamp.

    • This is a video of you opening and evaluating your item(s) within the package you have received upon delivery. This will provide us with proof of defects, damage, or missing items in order to speed up your return and refund (if necessary) process.
