SILK CARE

With accurate care, silk can be protected and maintained for years to come

For your first time use, ironing the silk is sufficient. After first use or multiple uses then you can send for dry cleaning.

If you are not dry cleaning it, then let the silk dry under a fan to remove any moisture caused by sweat before you fold and keep it in cupboard.

Do not load silk one on top another in cupboard. Best way is to use hangers.

Every 6 months remove silk from closed space and place in open area for ventilation.

Do not place naphthalene balls on silk.

Do not expose silk to chlorine or salt water.

Do not use harsh soap to remove stains. Silk is a natural fabric and any exposure to chemicals will loosen the strength of the thread.

Always seek expert advise on removing stains.
