RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund, for item(s) that is damaged/faulty items only.

No refunds are entertained for international shipment if the recipient refuses to pay the duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the shipping agency.

REFUNDS ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) to alert if there is damage/faulty.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tag and in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase (Order#1234).

Pattushastra has the final right to confirm a damaged/faulty item. No other decision is final.

Upon returning the damaged item to us, we will refund the full purchase price of your item EXCLUDING shipping cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  1. Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. IF you have returned an item that was purchased using voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
  2. On Sale item(s) are non-refundable.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the necessary:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially
  • Contact your bank customer careline. There is often some processing time before a refund is
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

  1. Product(s) purchased prior to sale cannot be refunded or exchanged during sale period.
  2. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

  1. We only exchange items if they are damaged/faulty.
  2. Damage/fault that occurs during shipping process, is not bearable by Pattushastra.

RETURNING GOODS

To return your product, you are required to contact us prior to shipping the item.

If your return is accepted, you may proceed to make the return:

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Pattushastra Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pattushastra will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
